Calloway Storage Partners with OSMH Foundation for Charlee’s Run
At Calloway Storage, we believe in doing more than just delivering storage containers, we believe in delivering support to our community.
This spring, we were proud to partner with the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation by donating a storage container to help with Charlee’s Run, one of their most heartfelt and impactful fundraising events.
What is Charlee’s Run?
Charlee’s Run is held in memory of Charlee Clare Holmes and is dedicated to raising awareness and support for families who experience pregnancy and infant loss. The event helps fund perinatal and pediatric care at OSMH, offering resources, comfort, and compassion to families in their most vulnerable moments.
Each year, the event brings together thousands of participants, supporters, and volunteers for a moving celebration of life, community, and hope. This year was the 9th annual run, and it raised over $143,000! With that donation, the grand total since the first event is now $893,000.
“We are absolutely humbled by the support and turnout once again for this event,” said Dave Holmes, co-founder and father of Charlee.
Why We Got Involved
When the OSMH Foundation reached out with a need for secure, temporary storage for event materials, we knew we could help. By donating a portable storage container for their event site, we helped make set-up and logistics easier so the organizers could focus on what really matters: creating a meaningful and smooth experience for everyone involved.
